About

About FOS.

FOS is built for the people keeping track of care details before anyone gives the work a name.

01 / Why

Why FOS exists.

Care details pile up across texts, screenshots, paperwork, portals, calendars, and memory. The people keeping track are usually the same people doing everything else at the same time.

FOS exists so the details have somewhere to live. One place to put notes, documents, questions, and next steps instead of trying to hold all of it at once.

02 / Who

The hidden caregivers.

Most people doing this work do not call themselves caregivers. They are parents tracking IEPs and medications, partners showing up to appointments, adult children navigating aging and benefits, siblings coordinating with family, and friends filling in the gaps.

They are doing the work long before anyone gives it a name and long before any system is built to support them.

03 / Built for

Built for the people keeping track.

FOS is built for the person keeping track before anyone gives the work a name. It gives the details a place to live so notes, documents, questions, and next steps do not stay scattered.

It is not a clinical tool. It is not a generic productivity app. It is a second brain built around how care actually happens in real families.

04 / Mission

Our mission.

To give the people keeping track of care a place to put it all, and to make the work of supporting someone you love a little less heavy.
