These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the For Our Sanity waitlist at foroursanity.com ("Site"), operated by For Our Sanity LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information.

1. What the Waitlist Is

The For Our Sanity waitlist allows you to express interest in our upcoming application ("App") and receive updates about its development and availability. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the App, create any contractual obligation on our part to deliver the App, or establish any paid or subscription relationship between you and For Our Sanity LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to join the waitlist. By submitting your information, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The waitlist is intended for individuals residing in the United States.

3. Information You Provide

When you join the waitlist, you may provide your first name, email address, and responses to optional intake questions. You agree that all information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Send you updates about For Our Sanity, including launch announcements and beta access invitations
• Understand the needs of our waitlist community to inform product development
• Communicate with you about your waitlist status

5. Email Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from For Our Sanity LLC at the address you provide. All emails we send comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Specifically:

• Every email will clearly identify For Our Sanity as the sender

• Every email will include a clear, functioning unsubscribe link
• We honor all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days
• We will not send more than a few emails per month

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above and notify waitlist members by email if changes are material. Your continued presence on the waitlist after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
